立冬是二十四节气的第十九个节气，也是冬季的第一个节气。每年11月7-8日之间，万物进入休养状态，气候骤降，便为立冬。立冬，意味着生气开始闭蓄，万物进入休养、收藏状态。

TheStart of Winter (Chinese: 立冬)is the 19th solar term of the year and the first one of winter.During this period, the temperature drops, animals and plants saveenergy during cold weather and enter a state of rest and collectionin preparation for hibernation.

与日渐寒冷的北方立冬相比，“暖冬”是所有广东人的群体记忆，广东的立冬除了气温暖，时令的汤水更暖胃，暖心。
